Throughout the night I kept waking up to the same dream. I was walking from my apartment to the store down the street. Except I was watching and directing myself in the third person, from above, just as in the game. It was just too bad I didn’t happen upon any monsters along the way.
I think I might have to lay off the game for a little while.
It’s like during the Quake 2 days, when people would randomly circle strafe around corners. Or when I played a lot of Tony Hawk 2 and found myself pondering how I would get on the roof of Leutner using the railing from the stairs down to the Spot.
