I was browsing CDs at
Amazon.com and noticed that quite a few artists have freely-downloadable MP3s. The main
free downloads page mostly has songs in
Liquid Audio format (which I wouldn’t recommend using) but if you
browse by category almost all of the available files are MP3s.
