Last night, while shopping at CompUSA with TB, I finally broke down and bought it.
I think I’m going to be okay this time though. So far I’d say the game impresses me more that BG did, but I think I’ll be able to tear myself away from it when I have to. While it will probably use up most of my spare time for a while, I doubt I’ll ever have another 36 hours straight of a computer game.
I must be getting older.
NWN is quite a bit of fun. I bought it two months ago, after it dropped from being $60 to a slightly more reasonably $45, and played it all the way through. I never beat BG, or even played BG2, but yeah.
I’d like to try my hand at crafting a multiplayer adventure sometime.
Yeah, I couldn’t justify spending $60 when it came out either. I’m looking forward to playing with the awesome-looking game editing toolset once I’m done with the single player portion too.
